Judiciary is Anti-Religious

Federal District Judge Fred Biery of Texas, issued the order to stop a school's valedictorian from saying a prayer as part of her graduation speech. Biery ordered that words such as "prayer" and "amen" be banned from graduation ceremonies in the Medina Valley Independent School District. He did so sighting the First Amendment. The First Amendment is written to prevent the government prohibition of the free exercise of religion and protect our freedom of speech. Judge Biery's ruling is not about defending the Constitution. It is anti-religious judicial speech here in America. It is time for Americans who are tired of this kind of repression by an anti-religious judiciary to act. Judge Biery’s decision is so anti-constitutional that the American people should not continue his seat on the federal bench and should call for his immediate resignation.
This judge violated the First Amendment of the constitution by not allowing these Americans the "free exercise of their religion". This whole separation of church and state issue is unconstitutional. It appears nowhere in any of the founding documents. All laws that have anything to do with the separation issue are invalid as "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech" There is no establishment of a religion in praying just free exercise of their religion and freedom of speech.
However, the school district did prevail when the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the judge's ruling just in time for the commencement ceremonies. The graduation ceremonies were then filled with prayers and cheering from the audience.

About Raising the Debt Ceiling

About raising the debt ceiling; we do not need to raise the debt ceiling we need to stop all politicians from spending more money on "pork" and "political gain". More accurately, the politicians are buying votes by enlarging the “Dependent class”, destroying the private sector and creating only government jobs. (See point one) This is not a partisan issue. It is about the government continuing to spend money they don't have. It’s about a President (and I use that term loosely) that continues to spend trillions of dollars of our tax money with no end in sight. If we don't control their spending we can't survive as a nation. Then no one has anything.
What will it take to save us all from the tyranny of the socialist left. This is the same tyranny that wants to control everything we do, say, eat, drive even whether or not to circumcise our sons. They treat us like our money, the money we earn toiling day to day, as if it were theirs and they want to cut back on our allowance. Tax cuts are treated as an expense to them. Letting us keep our money is unacceptable. They want it all because if we keep it we are too stupid to spend it correctly. If we keep our money babies and grandparents will die! REALLY?
The media attacks the Republicans because they are trying to save this great nation. They characterize them as baby killers who want to push grandma off a cliff. Honestly do you think they really want to hurt children and the elderly? The media lies now more than they tell the truth. I don’t think they even realize it. Compulsive liars don’t know the difference between the truth and lies and believe the lies they tell.  A compulsive liar will resort to telling lies, regardless of the situation. Most everyone lies from time to time, but for a compulsive liar, telling lies is routine. It becomes a habit - a way of life. Whatever happened to the Journalist? Gone the way of the Doe Doe!

Lets talk about the last 8 years.

That seems to be the basis for all the blame Bush Rhetoric.
A strong case can be made that the responsibility belongs on the Bush administration and also the Obama administration. The real problems started when the media began brainwashing the people and leading them down the path we are on now.
Let’s look at the facts when the democrats took over both houses in 2006. They first of all only got control because of the anti-Bush campaign the media blitzed the people with. Anyway unemployment was **4.6%. As a student of economics I was told that 5% was optimum employment. Anything less than that meant we were employing the unemployable. That was 2006/2007. All economic indicators pointed to the best economy in over 50 years. “”New construction total expenditures 1,152.4 billion dollars and today it is 506.4 billion dollars. **Dow Jones Industrial 2007, 13,169.98 and today 10,212.39
That is when the media decided that if they could get both houses by telling lies, then what about ...I don't know the Presidency? They could surely convince the people the economy is faltering and get their guy in the White house. I have read news articles, written then, that prove the media was lying. Article after article stating that the economy is in trouble and it is all Bush’s fault. The Congressional Counsel of Economic Advisers reports tell a completely different story. These are the reports prepared for the Congressional Joint Economic Committee and that is where I got these numbers.
Fast forward a year. To the end of 2007, more doom and gloom from the media and unemployment is still **4.6%. Still the media is pounding the R word and possibly the D word. People begin to believe what they are hearing. They continue to tighten the purse strings and jobs continue to go away.
Oh yes, they get their guy elected using the Democrat’s typical mantra "hope and change" because it was so bad under Bush. In 2008 unemployment is right at **5.8%.
When the media finally figure out things are getting out of control. The housing market is continuing to slow down and the housing bubble bursts. The banking and automotive industries crash, so the media decides to start talking about recovery. Too late the people aren't buying it and it continues to get worse.
People have for many years been investing in property they simply can't afford. Investors figured they would turn over their holdings and make baskets of money. So with everyone over invested and the market comes to a screeching halt, prices drop and many people lose their homes and investments. Why you ask, Freddy Mac and Fanny Mae have been giving loans to people who weren't qualified. Mostly because the liberals said it wasn't fair that some people (hard working) could have homes and others can't.
It is the pursuit of happiness not happiness that is constitutional and fairness is not guaranteed.
So the people believe we are in a recession and hear people are losing their houses, banks are failing. They clamp down even harder on their wallets. Fast forward again to now. People are still not spending money because of the above and because they don't know how much Obama Care and allowing the Bush tax cuts to expire in 2 years is going to cost them and of course now we are at just under 10% overall unemployment with areas such as CA well over 30% and by the way if you are **African American male your unemployment overall went from 8.9% in 2006 to 16.3% under Obama, so if you voted for him, I hope you got the change you wanted. I don’t mention that because I am a racist, I mention it because approximately 95% of African Americans voted for Obama.
Anyway the numbers don't lie. Our president, congress (both parties) and most of all the media are the liars. We had the best economy in decades in 2006, the media brainwashed the public and lies got out of hand and now even the media can't stop the juggernaut. I guess even the media didn't know how much power they had.

Welcome to the 1794 Patriot Blog

1794 Patriots believe in the founding documents as written and that our rights are guaranteed and unalienable. The federal government has limited power and the local government has more but the ultimate power is weilded by the citizens.

The constitution was young in 1794 and unburdened by "interpretation". There were some issues with the new government leading to conflicts like the Whiskey Rebellion and we were still dealing with England but we were FREE and life was about to get very interesting as we settled into our New Frontier. In my opinion truth is the cure for partisan government. I am not referring to the "truth" the media foists upon the general population. I have been around many years and have found that virtually no one in the general population has any idea of what is really going on day to day. That is what this blog is about, getting the truth to those that need it most. We can and must mobilize and take our country back!

·         When you find out who is behind the black curtain, you will find that the all powerful OZ is all politicians.
Please feel free to join in all are welcome.
